OUR MISSION
It is our goal to develop, manufacture and sell products with uniquely high quality and economic benefit for our customers and the wastewater industry in general. With our fine-bubble AEROSTRIP diffusers, which are characterized by highest efficiency and exceptionally long life, we want to make a significant contribution to reducing energy and resource consumption in wastewater treatment. We strive to continually develop our products and services to best meet costumer needs and maximize costumer satisfaction.
Research and Development
Our experts at AQUACONSULT continuously expand our knowledge through intensive research and further development of the AEROSTRIP® diffuser systems. The focus is on energy efficiency and durability, particularly through the optimization of membranes and the entire system hardware. Small and slowly rising air bubbles ensure high oxygen transfer and significantly reduce energy consumption. Ongoing investigations and refinements in the areas of bubble size, oxygen transfer, and pressure loss are a central part of our work.
Quality and Durability
At AQUACONSULT, precision and quality control are paramount. Each AEROSTRIP® element undergoes multiple testing procedures, including a final functionality test under water. Our products are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and carry the certificate of the Austrian Quality Association for Water Technology. Long-term tests show that our diffusers operate more efficiently after more than eleven years of service than many new systems with EPDM membranes. This exceptional durability under the most demanding conditions is a hallmark of our quality.
International Presence
AQUACONSULT is represented worldwide in more than two thousand industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants. We have an extensive network of distribution partners in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Our partner companies bring comprehensive engineering know-how and experience in aeration technology. With the continuous expansion of our distribution network and the high efficiency of our fine-bubble diffusers, we are well-prepared for further global expansion. Together with our partners, we present ourselves at international trade fairs to explore new markets and strengthen our distribution network.
